Source: Our hot chocolate powder is made from Organic Cacao Beans sourced from the highly biodiverse regions of the western ghats. The beans are well fermented and dried. Our fermentation process, provides the best tasting drinking chocolate experience.
Process: Dark Chocolate is made from freshly roasted Cacao Beans. Once the chocolate is ready, it is shaved into a fine powder.
New and improved: The hot chocolate powder is shaved into a fine powder, making it convenient to directly mix into hot milk for easy mixing of the ingredients.
Home Style: 30g/2tbsp of hot chocolate powder; 150ml/1cup of milk. Add 2 tbsp of hot milk to Hot chocolate powder, mix until the chocolate completely dissolves. Add this mixture back to the remaining 1 cup of milk. Boil the mixture together until the chocolate slightly thickness (Thicknening is happening by the cacao butter, hence do not over heat it. Thickeners and corn flour absent!).
Cafe Style: 30g/2tbsp of hot chocolate powder; 150ml/1cup of milk; Electric milk frother. In a pan add milk and hot chocolate powder, warm the mixture. Tilt the pan towrds you and start frothing the mixture. When the mixture is about to reach the rolling boil stage, remove and enjoy a naturally creamy glass of Hot chocolate. (Thicknening is happening by the cacao butter, hence do not over heat it. Thickeners and corn flour absent!).
