What Shipping Methods do you Utilize?

• We utilize postal services, as well as reputable third-party logistics (3PL) courier companies, such as DHL, to ship your orders. 
  

• The following are the shipping methods you might see depending on your location.
  

  1. Standard Shipping- This option is always available during the checkout process.  The ideal Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is from 15 to 30 days. 
     

  2. Expedited Shipping - If available for your location, you will see expedited shipping options.

Expedited Shipping delivers your shipment 5–7 days faster than Standard Shipping.

How does Silkrute Process the Order?

Once you pay on the checkout:

• Silkrute will pick up your order from the respective seller and collect it at its own hub.
  

• We further process secure packaging according to international courier delivery standards and then assign delivery of your order to its courier partner.
  

• Silkrute owns full responsibility for delivering your order to your doorstep. 

Orders in ideal condition are handed over to the courier within 5-7 business days.

How does Silkrute Manage Product Damage?

Silkrute collects orders at its own hub to reverify if the product is in its ideal form or if it is damaged.

• If damage is found, Silkrute tries to rectify the situation. It conveys this to the seller and the buyer.
  

• Buyer can:
  

  • Cancel order → full refund issued.
    

  • Wait for reorder → Silkrute arranges a replacement, but please note that there may be a delay in delivery.

If no damage is found, Silkrute further dispatches the order within 48 hours.

What are the Delivery Terms and Customer Responsibilities?

There exist two situations where customers must adhere to their responsibilities:

1. While receiving your order:
   

   • If there is visible exterior damage, we request that you refuse the delivery of the shipment.
     

   • The order will be returned to us for inspection.
     

2. After receiving your package:
   

   • It is advised to record a video while unboxing.
     

   • If the product inside is damaged, this video serves as proof of the damage.
     

   • Contact Silkrute Support within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Note: Packaging imperfections alone are not considered product damage.

How can you Track your Order?

All orders are shipped with live tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details at the Email ID provided during checkout.
