MEN, WOMEN & CHILDREN- Measure your hand size: Using a soft and flexible tape measure, find the distance from the base of your palm to the tip of the longest finger you wish to immobilize (see size chart in Pic). Available in 3 sizes- Large and Medium have 4 straps; Small size has 3 straps.
