HOW TO USE – GUBB Eyeliner/shadow brush is good to go with powder, liquid or gel-based eyeliner/eyeshadow. EYELINER - Just dip the tip of brush into eyeliner and apply a thin line from inner corner to the outer corner of the lid in a desired shape. Repeat the process for a thicker line.
