Before filling water in the fountain for the first time, Please locate the water pump. Switch it on and Test the pump for vibration. It means that the Pump is working fine.
Please set the Water pump regulator Switch to the middle. Adjust Water flow to Maximum or Minimum according to your need. Please refer to the attached video on how to operate this fountain.
In case of any issue with the Pump or Fountain, Please reach out to the seller before returning. We are sure that most of the issues will be fixed without any need to return.
