For an elongated fit, hold the adjustor and pull the loose string outwards.
To shorten the length, hold the adjustor and pull the same string from the opposite side.
For easy installation, remove the phone case, slide the phone link out through the charging port and put the case back on. Now hook the lanyard and go hands free.
