Before installation, remove existing wheel cover or wheel ring and clean wheel surface thoroughly. Place the steel ring over the wheel cover so that the steel ring follows the lines of the cover. This is especially important in the tire valve area. See picture attached. Install the wheel cover in the lower part of the wheel rim and hold it with your knee.
