• Directions: Take 1 measure of adukale menthya dose mix / it well in 11,4 measure of water in to a smooth batter keep This aside for 20 to 30 minutes; Smear a little cooking oil on the heated tava, spread 1 medium size ladle of batter on the oil smeared tava; Add a Tea spoon of cooking oil fry it till it turns golden brown; ;Serve it hot with choice of adukale chutney powders
