I had a extensive order with Silkrute after a recent trip to India. Communication was excellent through whats ap - polite and prompt. Updates were regular via email. One item was cancelled- unavailable. Another was replaced with a similar item but I was contacted first for approval. An item arrived damaged and they very kindly agreed to replace it. Very happy. My only suggestion would be stronger parcel packaging when travelling across many miles to Melbourne.
