It is has a good foam. But please always check with doctor before using it. Never use it for baby without doctors advise. Foam inside the cloth is cut uneven. And stich was not uniform across. Little bit of defect, ignorable. Still was able to use without issues. Cloth is smooth and soft. Came with a good packing.

Advantages
Quality is nice and washable, however, my baby often moves away from the pillow. Therefore, not very useful for us. He's now sleeping without any pillow.
