Useless. The pads don't absorb any milk. It sweeps from them. Total waste of money and also it feels wetty and cold when soaks some amount of milk only. Don't buy if you are looking for efficiency.

The pads donot hold any liquid.. they just absorb from one side and absorbed liquid leaks from the other side..They have turned out to be useless..it's just like two towel handkerchiefs stitched together..Even Handkerchiefs work better than these pads..

I am little disappointed with this product because it's lick very quickly and gives a wet feeling And it is very thick, so wearing it makes my breasts look even largerAnd it doesn't dry quickly I bought it during the rainy season so maybe that's why I bit disappointed

It can absorb only small leaks. As someone with an overactive let down, it can sometimes not absorb as fast as the milk flowing out and causes leakage. I can only wear these in my home, I would rather wear disposable ones when I go out.
