Our family's experience with most of the r for rabbit products is pathetic, the product are badly designed and doesn't work as mentioned. Moreover there is no after sales support for these useless products. As a parent you would want the sipper to be clean but it is hard to clean.

This item firstly came broken. Then i thought of managing it , somehow i gave it to my baby and he was unable to drink water from it. I sipped it myself and realised that the straw wasnt pulling the water out. Sooo leak proof that it isnt even pulling water out to drink. Difficult to use
