U dont realise why philips is costlier unless u use philips & then try some other brand. After 19months of using philips, i bought this & instant impressions...1. Poor quality of plastic.2. Poor finish & fit.3. For regular cleaning, that thin pipe is gonna be a chore. Bad design!

Product is really good, good quality, good colour, but why i am giving 3 stars is because, in the first order i didn't recieve tge cap , again I returned and ordered new one again that too i didn't recieve the cap. This is my first experience which is too bad with Silkrute. While packing please check the product.
