In first unit in electric mode, the blade inside the sharpner rotated along with the pencil - so it won't sharp. I ordered replacement. I was altogether in electric mode.

You have to use a lot of energy to press the pencil inside for the automated thing to start, even though you put a fresh battery, the performance is absolutely disappointing. This mechanism is a big failure. Please don’t waste your money on this one.
