The anjali padmini coconut scraper-co04 is designed to reduce your time and effort in the kitchen. Made from superior quality food grade material the hand operated scrapper is fitted with a slim long metal handle. The rotation of this handle sets the radial metal blades in motion and effectively scrapes off the dried coconut flesh. The sturdy plastic body of the coconut scrapper can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth while the rust resistant metal blades can be washed with a mild soap and water solution for long lasting usage.

This is great product and i was very hopeful of it working, especially in a house where coconuts are consumed on a daily basis. But the suction power of the appliance to remain intact on a smooth granite surface, literally sucks. I have tried a bit of water, ensured that the suction surface and the suction rubber are clean & every other tactic. But after a few vigorous movements, it pops off and so violently that you risk injuring yourself. So after a long time, I am really disappointed with an order.

Either it's some old product sent or something has been seriously wrong in the quality of Anjali. I have been using this product for quite some time and bought a new one based on my experience with earlier - serious let down. Only after one use the thread is no longer fitting and movement does not work. I had to fix the threading with an electrical duct tape and am sure I will have to do this for the rest of the time I will use this product. Severely let down - don't know whom to blame - the company or the retailer or Silkrute for delivering such old and substandard product.

its good in terms of the quality, does the required job, suction is good but i have noticed that after 1.5-2 years its suction power reduces drastically, and it becomes zero after 2 years. But for this price its definitely recommended, value for money product.

scraping coconut is fun,cleaning is difficult due to sharp blades need proper tool for cleaning like brush,donot consider a scrub for cleaning blade instead us a brush,difficult to assemble and also difficult to unassemble the blade and body.overall worth buying if you love the taste of fresh coconut.

They should do something about the vaccum Cup as it tends to move when grating.Otherwise grating a coconut is pretty easy. Need good and strong wrist action for this product.

This scrapper is good and I was using the same or slight different type of Anjali sxrapper for so many years. Previously after long time usage only it started giving problems like bottom vaccum rubber gets cut or the blades gets detached. But last 2 purchases, the blades detachment is very fast. last purchased one became useless within 6 months and this purchae on opening and taking out itself one blade was detached. Nowadays the welding of the blades to the rod is not at all good. They should improve the welding quality so that blades are strongly fit and will not come out easily. Otherwise the item is a very useful one.
