Only drawback, suitable for pizza sizes 6 to 8 inches. For large pizzas, it is kinda small and you will have to use twice to cut in full.

Excellent chopper. At first it felt uncomfortable and unwieldy. It is quite big, mind you, and not for single handed operation! You But once you learn the technique from youtube for using "mezzalunas", you will be blown by the results. The rocking motion of the chopper helps to mince herbs, garlic, into very fine pieces. Recommend highly.

Quality very good Sharpness cuts baked pizza well Finish is very good. Shortcomings: a bit light, the upper edge is also sharp due to grinding. Edge needs to be stoned. No invoice recd. with the goods pls send asap. I’ve used this type of guillotine cutter since 1970. They are meant for professional pizza chefs. Overall: highly satisfied.
