- Have been using it for 15 years or more. Product got old so purchased new- Suction is good, use a clean surface and also wipe the rubber clean. Fixes well on wood dining table and granite top of kitchen- Scraping is easy- The weak link in the design is the circlip, which holds the suction rod in place. It will eventually falloff while washing and then the problem starts

The product is good and functions well (so far). However, what is a bit annoying is that I received an obviously used product with scratches all around the item and also, the rubber suction base has dust/dirt on it - clearly something that has been well used and looks old. Anyway, as it is functional and we needed it urgently, did not bother to return or replace it. However, be warned - you may get a used piece, not a new one if you order this item!

Not for those who are used to the traditional scraping tool (iron scraper mounted on wood). As this is kinda slow and requires patience. The tool is very small and is useful only when mounted firmly with the suction pad. Can't say this tool is a time saver nor a great improvement....

I have used the scrapper for over a month now and it does the job well. I would prefer a more sturdy base however it does what’s mentioned in the description. The suction power is pretty good and easy to use. I add a drop of water before placing the base to create better vacuum and make sure the base does not move. It does take some effort to hold the coconut in one hand and rotate the handle. Hope the brand comes up with a motor based scrapper. Overall worth the money.
