Product is excellent but it came improperly assembled due to which it stopped working within a few weeks. Upon opening I found that metal discs which cover the top and the bottom of the flint stone were improperly installed on one side due to which it chipped. I cleaned everything and reinstalled it properly and now it works like it should. Company should focus on assembling though.

Product says 10lakh sparks, but within a year the sparks are gone.I bought on 27 aug 2022. And today is 25 June2023. Its less then year and no sparks anymore.May be its faulty for me. Is there any warranty, can it be replaced?

Good product with durable stainless steel would recommend if they are looking for lighter as I have same light using from past 18years or before....as the plastic lighters breaks very soon ...so go for crystal brand
