To ensure best results fill at most 1/4th of bowl capacity with ingredients e.g. medium sized onion 3) Place the cover on the bowl. 4) Hold the lid with one hand and pull the handle with the hand until the desired results are achieved. 5) Take out the blade carefully before removing ingredients from bowl.

Every now and then this keeps happening with products from Amazon sellers. I was so excited about this hassle free cutter. But sadly received a damaged shell of the product. Now no returns are being placed. What do I do with a faulty product?!?!!!

Whenever we chop, the thread cut the chopper container also, very low quality. Prestige being a brand selling such inferior quality stuff, surprises me.
