While the chopper is sleek and handy but when it comes to quality not that great. I purchased it last month n in less than a month the string got stuck in the handle. While it was in warranty but there is no way one can avail it as u have to visit the service centre for repair. There is only 1 service centre in mumbai that too in town . In nutshell Unhappy with the purchase

This chopper doesn't chop the veggies in small pieces as required. Even after trying for long time, it will just chop in big pieces. Unfortunately, I bought 2 because it was mandatory and it is of no use to me. Don't buy this product if you are looking for a chopper to chop veggies in small pieces.

The product images show a whisker, but the item I received is without the whisking attachment. Very disappointed that a company like Pigeon is giving misleading information on Amazon. The chopping blades attachment is not totally fitting, so be careful once you remove the lid. It has to be loosely fitted so that when we pull the string, the blades can move freely. The string pull works fine, but make sure you hold the jar properly.

Quality of product is good, but it stops working after 5-6 use. The rope which helps to pull or move the blades get stuck and product becomes useless. Also, bit inconvenient when you want to add anything extra you have open the whole lid then add close the lid. Other competitors products have small opening to add extra stuff for chopping with opening the whole lid.Ps: don’t expect to get same color as per the image.
