The string is not smooth. It stucks even without putting any vegetable to chop. It doesn't move freely. Blades doesn't rotate. It makes sound of khatkhat while pulling the string.Total waste of money.

The thread gets stuck every time and the blades aren't sharp enough to chop onions and tomatoes finely. I used to own the smaller chopper of the same company and it worked for around 5-6 years. I guess the newer one's are worthless.

Product material and quality is good. Seems longlasting, hence bought it. It works fine.... But for bigger pieces of veggie, it gets stuck. Need to be medium cut before putting in the blender, but still needs an individual judgement and technique to use it. I use it holding sideways for the first few cuts so that pieces dislodge by gravity even if it gets stuck. Once it shreds, then you can hold it upright and continue till a fine blend is achieved. The plastic whisker was not included in the set. The same cutting blades can be used for blending milkshakes, juice etc.

This item was bought on 14th Jan 23 and from 25th jan say within 12 days its pulling string has started giving trouble and is not working at all. This is not at all expected from a brand name like Piegon. Totally disheartened ????
