Purchased on May 2022. I had to send to repair within 1st year of purchase. The problem was that the on -off switch on the handle had stopped working. It still works directly from the main power outlet. After the repair in 4-5 months it again stopped working and now it was out of warranty.It's now 2 years and the machine has completely stopped working.I request Prestige to make better quality products and atleast use Stainless steel screws in such water based appliances. The screws have rusted through and I can't even open the kettle!

This is a very good product i have a similar one that i am using since 2 years and now i needed one more so ordered this reduced one star because of packaging hey just putted the label on the box any one can see what i have ordered 0 star for packaging.
