The heating element is in the bottom as a thin semi-circle... its not evenly distributed. Also don't drop the lid it will shatter into a million pieces. Otherwise its ok.

It does the job of cooking water, noodles, pasta, eggs, etc. But it has uneven heating issue I guess because whenever I heat milk in it there is a residue like it, similar residue while cooking Maggi or pasta as well. It's easy to clean so no problem.
