I make tea using it, and works well. But I have one doubt about the thickness of glass of this Kettle, it's glass is not as thick as typical Borosil Glass Bowls which are used for cooking in microwave oven.

Got a lovely crack on the very 2nd Day while making Tea for me. Now I don't need this anymore. If you buy it make sure you have to handle it very gently & carefully.

I was a bit worried befor looking at the pics, thinking it would be very fragile, but after purchasing it, it turned out to be everything it promised. I use it to boil mostly water on the gas stove for my green tea. And boy it can handle the flames. Just follow the instructions in the manual and you are good to go. Cleaning is so easy, i mean literally super easy. Glass quality is top notch, and the plastic bit on top are pretty high quality and sturdy. Been 2 months i am using it, and it is as good as new.

This is the second time I've purchased this item due to the handle that gets heated & deforms, even though I use smallest 40 mm burner available on my gas stove.This time I would request Amazon to replace the Carafe tea pot free of cost.

Using it in the microwave for the last one year. So you know the quality. Excellent. Today( 23/09/2020) I kept it on the burner flame and a small crack developed. But I am still using it in the microwave and it is ok , no leaks.
