This jug is very good for serving watery drinks like juices. It is very elegant and good to look at and lightweight It is not as good for substances like milk which contain fat or grease. As these have to be well scrubbed of the inside afterwards, the jug flexes when scrubbed as it is of a thin metal gauge. Regular use is likely to bend or dent it. A slightly thicker gauge of metal would have earned it the full five.

It is built well, the handle is comfortable. If you are looking for an extremely ergonomic design, this is the wrong price point. You can wash it roughly and it does not dent easily (with enough force anything will dent) Does the job well. Extremely satisfied. Pro-tip: If you are only making one large or 2 small cups of coffee. I would recommend something smaller than this.

The only purpose of this milk jug is to pour the foamed milk into a cup to make a perfect cappuccino. - while pouring milk milks slides over the wall of the jar due to imperfect moulding or the tip - product quality -walls are very thin - handle is hard - overall for this price we can get a better product at local stores

I often get mislead and cheated by the graphics or images shown on Amazon website. I expected this jug to be in a bigger size but then what I received did not look like 600ml jug. The jug is not thick in steel metal. Of course, you cannot expect best product at such a cheap price. I found the product fulfilling my purpose and so I would say this jug is workable for the time big. In future, I might order a jug in a more bigger size.
