The first order had scratches on almost all the glasses. Although Silkrute offered refund/replacement, I decided to replace. Even the replacement is not flawless. But since these are minor scratches I've decided to live with it. It's a compromise nevertheless. Would examine & buy offline next time.

The product although good but I doubt were from a quality rejected lot.When you are being Borosil products you are expecting the best of quality and not a QC rejected lot.This has become a major issue with online shopping now-a days.One of the six glasses was a bit smaller is size height wise as compared with the other 5.This is not the quality expected from Borosil nor Amazon.Please take a note standards are going done, Amazon.

This is an awesome set of glass which you can use for so many things like.. if you want to drink warm water you can directly put it on flame . And these are so handy that you don't even feel them while holding , but these are bit expensive according to the size and quantity
