Lock system breaks infact the entire plastic part breaks off. Even when it's not broken hardly keeps it open for two hours. You can do better, you are a brand afterall

Lock feature is good with 4 point lock.Thermosteel operates quite well and keeps contents fresh and warm.Durability is not that good. The plastic, where lock is there, is not that good. One of my casserole's lock plastic got broken, within 2 months.
