It’s just been 2 weeks since I’ve started using this casserole, only to realize that it’s quality is at stake. You can see the black plastic rim has come off and the insulation is exposed in this photos. I’m extremely disappointed; furthermore no response from Milton when I wrote to them. My previous “plastic” casserole that I bought off a local store here lasted me 8 years before I began to see this insulation.
