The item is okay, The only issue is that the plastic on the handle is loose and one has to keep tightening it all the time. This is very annoying and bothersome. The other handle comes out and is very dangerous as the hot grill can fall on you. This sort of defect is not expected from a good brand like Anjali.

Instead of 4 cut, a 2-cut set was given. And there was not even a way to replace it with a 4-cut. So this is for really small bread. Not even standard sandwich bread would fit in. Hence returned it.
