One word- BrokenThats what we have recd. Broken plates. We did not even bother to open the entire packing since the broken plates can be easily seen. Have asked for a replacement. Seller should focus on a better packing to avoid such instances.After replacement.This time product is properly blister packed. Leaving out the earlier experience, its a good buy.
