I have been using cast iron cookwares from past 7 months.I have cast iron utensils of different brands and all works really good.Its the 1 st time Iam buying Rock brand and Iam very disappointed. When did the seasong I heard a noise and a crack came on it and oil started dripping. I had seen all the negative reviews but still I wanted to buy it and gave it a try.So pls go with negative comments.Evryone had the same issue...

My fourth piece from the brand and I love every single one. The packaging must have been great as it came well preserved. My nephew ripped off the packaging and unboxed it before I got a chance to see it. But I saw the product so I know the packaging must have been good. As I mentioned this is my fourth product from the company. What surprised me was how raw this new piece feels against my seasoned old ones after being in use for the past 2 and half years. My advise go for it. Quality wise if you're into cast iron and you know how to use and care for these then you'll not be complaining. Cheers !!

I was very happy initially till i seasoned my tawa and I heard a noise and saw that it had cracked. There’s also an issue of balance on the gas top. Very disappointed. Not worth the price because for such a cost you’d prefer something that has more longevity. So please do pay more attention to the bad reviews because everyone that has given a bad review has had the same issue.

Initially first 3 or 4 usage took normal amount of oil...dont try dosa at the beggining fry some paratha or grill some bread butter..After 4rth use (approx) magic happens..for dosa its like dream comes true..i even made french toast with very little oil.Only thing, use a sponge with soap, scrab only if it really needed, wipe after wash.

Plz don't go by the looks.im.using only cast iron since past 5 years.i have purchased rock products before they r good but this double sided tawa is waste of money.u can only use one side.after grilling chicken today.. u won't b able to make Dosa tomorrow as that side was in flame and the seasoning is affected.. It was a disaster.Even after seasoning it multiple times it didnt work. It got a black coating of the flame on d dosa side.So either u use it completely for grilling purpose or only Dosa/chapati.one side gets spoilt for sure.i bought this 2 in 1 to save space.but I regret it as it would have better to buy a grill and a Dosa tawa separately.mine is just lying in my shelf both sides have gone bad.

It’s a heavy cast iron square tawa I use it on my grill as mini griddle to cook burgers and paneer tikkas. Can be used on both sides to grill sandwiches also. Tried pizza but did not come out well not sure if it was the tawa or me making the mistake
