It seems to be non-stick but it is made of different material and also food sticks to it. If you are think to make multiple things out of it Then, it shouldn't be choice for you. Go, with the other product Personal Opinion: I didn't felt good about this product. So, I returned it. And, it was little sticky. So, I returned it. I feel that you can go with the different product. It will be much better. Like Hawkins etc.

The size is too smal, with one use, the layer on the top was scrapped and started to turn darker, not worth the money. Don't buy. It is very bad coated non stick. The chapatis are getting burnt super easily doesn't cook all the sides.
