The weight of cooker was stated 2.5kg but in actuality its less.I remember prestige products mould/bind their name in metal with PRESTIGE highlighted distinctly which is missing in this product.I also felt the capacity is less than quoted as 5litres.

The carton says 5 Ltr. OK. There are a lot of details on the bottom of the pan, but where it is mentioned 'capacity', no figure is printed. It is capacity: blank. When I measured, the pan takes a little less than 4.5 Ltr.I wonder if they have put a 4.5 Ltr pressure cooker pan into a 5 Ltr labelled carton. I can see exactly the same item listed separately with 4.5 Ltr capacity at the Silkrute.in website.This is very strange. An unlikely error from such a prestigious company, you will say; however the lack of imprint where the capacity ... is to be mentioned, and the 4.5 ltr actual physical measurement, while all other details like the brand etc. are clearly imprinted, is fishy.I may want to return the item.
