Ok one gripe with all utensil manufacturers, the capacity mentioned is to the brim. Now do they expect us to fill 2ltrs milk to the brim and boil ??Very good quality. Compare this with vinod and this is atleast twice better. And both are Indian brands !!The easy pour works like a charm !! Doesn't spill a single drop !!Can safely boil 1ltr milk.Very easy to clean !!

Trust me this is the best spauce pan we have in this affordable range, have used two models of prestige in past tgey were pathetic but this one is gem.Pros:1. Super sturdy, made of good metal and plus, omg what a super sturdy handle it has, the non stick coating of the pan is awesome2. Good capacity and true to size, i have a huge family, perfect for 8 -12 cups of tea at a time.3. It pour liquid like a magic with zero spilling, thats the best part of this product. I wish i had included a video for that as well4. It also has marked measurement inside of the spause pan, can mentioned on one of picture for 1 lit and 2 lit of water, which makes the task lot easier if you dont have the measuring tool.3. Very very very easy to cleanCons:1. Not suitable for inductionI am writing this review after using the product for a month now. In short me and my mom are in love with this product.Thank you Futura and Amazon! Will surely buy more products from futura.

Excellent product does the job wonderfully well. Had been using a prestige non stick sauce pan before this. But it lost all its non stick coating. Zeroed in on this after reading a lot of reviews. The reviews were spot on. This sure is a quality product. But that is to be expected from the Hawkins brand. This one has believe it or not a 5 year warranty. That alone should be a testament to the quality of the pan. Log on to hawkinscookers.com and register your product as soon as you receive the product.The prestige sauce pan weighed less than this one. But it's pouring tip was not aligned as a result liquid spilled while pouring. Most sauce pans seems to have this problem. Not this one. The pouring tip is just perfect. Hard to spill unless you are trying real hard. Have been using daily for more than a month, primarily for making tea. Heats up quickly and not much of a hassle cleaning. Though this is not a non stick pan use a plastic scrubber to clean. Make sure to clean thoroughly each time after use as "baked-on" food materials are very hard to clean.I bought this for Rs 698. The MRP of the product is Rs 735. Currently it is around Rs 733. Come on Silkrute at least give a 5 percent discount to people. If it is less than 700 buy from Silkrute otherwise buy from a local store. The photos are taken after a month's daily use.

A major drawback is the bakelite grip, which was loose in fitting. This has been the case over the years means almost 20 years, since I started using the same brand and product. Suggest they have a fixed stainless steel grip embedded for future reference.Item is versatile and tough.Another suggestion, such bakelite grips may please be made available through Amazon. It is a waste of the cookware when this breaks.

As is the case of Hawkins anodized/ futura products, this one is also a good buy. In my opinion, instead of steel lid, company should have provided glass lid for better view of item being cooked.
