Very heavy, looks good, does the job just overpriced, i have seen exactly the same product 3 ply steel from vinod brand but after a month of using this.So better to look for a cheaper product if u can find the same quality

These Bergner products are of worst quality. I paid high amount and product handle started to loose in 1 month.I have 3 items from Bergner and products handle will loose itself in 1 month.Also, it gets marks on utensil and difficult to clean.Better to go for less expensive products.

Of course the product is from Bergner, it is indeed good. I was bit skeptical to order online as some of the reviews said duplicate product was delivered in some cases. However, what I received seem to be original product. The package came with a warranty card and also the product had the measuring marked in it. Very important, be mindful about the size while ordering. I ordered 1L vessel, but it was bit small even to boil half liter milk (wish i could have listened to my mom while ordering!). Otherwise, the product is excellent.

The Packaging shows measurement scale as a feature . The product doesn’t have it. Called Berger Product Support team and they admitted that new production doesn’t have measurement scale engraved inside. The bottom is prone to rust even though it is SS. Quality isn’t as good as the imported product. It is now made in Chennai
