Product was good but was 6 months old (manufactured in July 2020).I had expected a more recent and latest model.One thing I am not sure about is whether 5 year warranty as displayed on product packaging cover is valid for online purchase made on Silkrute.

It does not revolutionise your cooking experience. I didn't feel as if my older cooker could be replaced by this fancy cooker.The top lid is kinda heavy and the moving parts (grip) makes some wobbly sounds which doesn't exude robustness, but this shouldn't be a matter of concern as its an inherent part of the design.Since i dont do the washing/cleaning, i am ok with this product, because the top lid can be a headache to clean, specially if u cook oily meat in it.It doesn't cook faster. It doesn't cook tastier. Its just...ordinary. Its an over-engineered cooker with small practical touches (like u can use it as a normal pot). In short, its a fancy cooker for people with too much disposable income.

This may be made of good material but its quite tricky to use. I got it yesterday through Silkrutee just the next day of my placing order for it. I tested it, it worked fine, gave whistle on water. Today i put dal for boiling, it didn't give whistle, the water was evaporating from sides. Again i checked it on water, again the whistle was working. So i think it requires good practice to get used to using it. I took to service center, they found no fault in it.Not easy to use like other cookers, buy it at your descrition. Good material.

The Manufacturing quality of the item was very bad there was a tiny hole at the edge, where the lower plate connected with the container.Unfortunately, the base plate detached from the container body, making a loud noise, and indicating a clear manufacturing defect. Despite following the usage instructions, this malfunction raises concerns about product durability and safety.I've reported this to customer service and hope for a swift resolution.Feels like is not a value for money. I am very disappointed.
