Worst product because the water spills all the way down from cooker very badly is has no protection of spillage which is major problem in all cookers.And after use to clean the cooker is but messy thing and a work to do so i didn't like the productQuality of cooker is not soo good & also locking system is worst.

I bought it with great expectations but when used I found it useless because pressure doesn't reach upto whistle level, Steam leakage. And lid also overheat after cooking . It cannot be touched bare handed. A very poor product by such a reputed company like Prestige

It takes long time for the pressure to mount up and whistle. Even without weight it cooks the food. By the time I place the weight 75 percentage cooking is completed. So wonder whether to treat this aspect as good or not good. But a fear is there until weight is placed.

Within 2 months the pressure lid has problems 1) there is no pressure , 2) no whistling 3) a safety washer looks damaged. On top of this the product is serviced only at a service centre which is 10km away even in a metro city like Mumbai.Finally the service technician recommended replacement after 28 days of giving the product for service. Now waiting for the replacement for last 14 days.Overall it is not a great product. Very poor service.

The product didn't meet my expectation. Though it is supposed to be leakproof, it spilled everytime whenever we cooked. Cleaning the lid is not easy either. While the build quality is good, it is not very useful to me because of the excessive weight and spillage issue. I am a little disappointed with this item.

Silkrute packing and internal packing was good where as the product found to have a dent as in picture. This means defective parts are being packed. Replacement request raised. Hope will get it soon.
