Firstly, during this pandemic period, I was expecting a complete fresh piece whereas I could see this piece was returned by someone else and multiple people would have handled it. Secondly, the price concern - it can not be higher priced when someone has returned it. Really disappointed with this experience. I had raised a complaint and did not get any response from Amazon. This is highly unpleasant experience

It is a 3L cooker instead of 5L. The cooker company has label of 5L but net volume is 3L. I have old a Hawkins cooker of 4L but it has net volume of 3.5L. We measured the cooker by filling water into it.

Poor packaging....There are scratches all over the cooker lid and the handles are of poor quality plastic...capacity of the cooker is 5ltr with lid.. Without lid it is less than 4ltr....
