I like the following facts: 1. It has a slight tilt towards the base (handle side). hence the omlette size can be controlled, i.e., the egg doesn't flow all over the pan.?? 2. The base is the same colour as the sides, and despite being exposed to high flame there is zero marking on the base. ?? It is great for daily use and is really a worthwhile buy.

A wonderful pan, as always the Japanese improve everything and make it better. I usually have two egg omelettes every morning but this pan can easily make upto 3 or 4 eggs too if the need arises. Do not put in the dishwasher or scrub with metal wool and dont use a metal spoon on this beauty and it should last you a long time. The finish is clean and high quality. Makes breakfast delightful.
