Have a smaller version which served for few years. This came with a missing screw to the handle and that is inconveniencing. The small funnel to pour water in the vent is cracked. Managing with alternatives. Wonder how a company keeps one screw less when others have spare screws included as seen in other products. Anyway, based on the previous experience, the product hopefully must be good.

I had doubts about the product after reading all the negative reviews. The product I received was really good and performs very well. The water is only filled two-thirds or around 180 mL using the funnel so that the whistle blows correctly. Water and steam do come out once the water is boiled before the milk boils. So keep the whistle part away from you and not facing you. The milk is not over boiled or doesn't have burnt smell. It takes around 5 minutes in Induction Stove with 800 W Milk Setting to boil the milk right. Clean the vessel well using a soft scrubber after use and dry well to preserve the steel shine.

Its a poor quality product..plastic funnel doesn’t go inside the hole nd its very difficult to fill it..also the wistle came out in two weeks only from its screw..
