This pan keeps sliding off the stive unl3ss you are holding it while stirring. I have a similar sized prestige and a nirlep but never faced this problem with any of them. I am used to referring to the recipe on my phone while stirring with one hand, but it does not work with this pan. You have yo keep holding the pan with ine hand while you stir (even gently) with the other
