Pathetic Product & false Information !!! Amazon do not remove the brand even after more than 25 Negative reviews of broken glass issue..!! A complaint has to be filed in consumer court for the false information about glass!! It shows the glass has tempered glass !! However it is not at all !! Lid Glass was broken even I was cooking on lowest heat & the hole was open to release the steam..!!

Update April 2021: Glad to say that Kadai was replaced under warranty! Highly recommended product and EXCELLENT after sales service. Bottom is heavy but sides needs to be handled carefully. Bought this is December 2020 and the side cracked in Feb 2021 because of negligence of house maid. It was replaced under 2 years Gurantee.

Update: I have been using this product for over 5 months and was loving it. But on fine morning heard a loud pop from the kitchen ... found the so called 'tempered glass lid' shattered into million minuscule pieces all over the kitchen counter. Thankfully there was no one standing near it, but had to throw out everything on the kitchen counter. Cleaning up was a nightmare. Initial review: Finally a quality cookware made in India. The thick bottom really helps to retain heat. Works well on gas stoves.
