The kadhai is sturdy with thick bottom. Keep the flame medium for cooking. Full flame will burn the food. The food sticks at bottom but it get remove while stirring. Good till now after 23 times usage.

Got the triply kadai in lightening deal. In first look I was surprised with the size and built. Very sturdy and heavy weight kadai.. after I cooked food for the 1st time I got to know few things - the food does not stick at the bottom Fits very well on the gas stove and induction Sturdy and food cooks quickly easy to wash Few negative points: In first wash I felt the grey component coming out of the kadai while washing which we get to see while cleaning the aluminium vessel. So not sure about what the material is exactly in real. The kadai handles and cover handle become very hot and one cannot hold with bare hands. These are the only negative points I have felt as I have bergner pan and kadai and have never faced such an issue.
