I am using this from 4months and I like this very much bcoz it’s Food Grade 18/8 (made of 18% chromium and 8% nickel) stainless steel high quality, easy maintenance, since this is kadai, u can use this to cook curries, Sambar, upma. Like all in one except roties?? From 4months of use , it is still the same, I don’t see any tiny holes which usually stainless steel cookwares gets. Totally a good one. As per my experience -In skillets we cannot cook small quantity upma n some other foods bcoz the shape doesn’t suit for Indian recipes -cast iron I like very much but we can’t cook tomatoes or any sour used recipes(need to maintain a lot)

Super quality... Just go for it!!! It also fits well on square shaped 4 burners stove.. The quality is awesome. Food doesn't get burned easily as it has thick bottom. The kadhai ears are well designed so that they don't get too hot and person can easily handle the kadhai. Heat distribution is good. Overall a smart choice for healthy and tasty food

I had purchased this product for using it in my L.G. DISHWASHER as I wanted to replace my old Aluminum "kadhai" which can't be used in a dishwasher, and I am quite satisfied with the product. It is stainless steel and perfect for my dishwasher. It gets quickly heated on gas stove like a steel utensil and it's heat is evenly distributed as Aluminum being in its sandwiched inner layer. However as for every cooking sessions you learn by experience, and I found that initially some food got stuck in the base due to excessive high flame but bit by bit I learned to regulate the heat from gradually low to high and now I am able to perfectly use the kadhai to the best of its capacity and"triply" metal bonding quality. Its lid is quite good and perfectly fits in to prevent heat loss while cooking and the handle on top of the pan remains reasonably cold for lifting by hand while the pan is hot during cooking process.TRULY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
