Vinod products are known for good quality. I recently purchased a 22 inch triply kadai. The quality is excellent and on par with popular brands like Bergner and Alda.. The kadai is thick bottomed and has a smooth finish. You can use it for making dry curries, gravies and deep frying also. A 22 inch pan would be enough for a family of 3-4 members. Do not use high hear as it may cause the food to burn and stick in the pan. It is safe to be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The coating went within a month of usage. I had bought thinking it to be a good Indian brand. Would have bought Stahl product . Non stick utensils coating goes after a year. But this is pathetic

A good product where some thought has gone in to match it to the Indian conditions. The base is a flatter trajectory on the outside while the inside is round giving you the advantage of stability along with kadai shape on the inside. The handles are smooth and well positioned to hold the Kadai and engineered to reduce the temperature by providing air insulation (hollow handles). The cleaning around the handle rivets is a bit of a problem but hot water scrubbing does the trick. The company needs to do some more research on the material to avoid the rainbow colours that appear due to high heat burning at times. However, our Kadai is fine and looking good despite daily use for over a month now.
