Kadhai is good. Food can be cooked in little oil. Heart distribution is fine. It has to be seasoned for this close to non stick behaviour to work. Oil has to be applied on the body after washing to avoid rust. Instructions are provided along with the product.

I have been using it more than a month now, its super easy to clean. I was worried whether would be able to maintain it but its worth it for healthy lifestyle. The idea to purchase the kadhai is for daily use and I know that iron pots are not easy to handle and clean but kadhai from Vinod is perfect and solved the purpose..it's easy to clean and easy to handle though a bit heavy in weight and in price. I have used this product only once, it looks as if the coating is coming out. I used a silicon spatula for mixing of the vegetables while cooking. And cleaning also did with just boiling water without using any scrub following all the instructions given in the manual. I want to return the product and order for some other company.
