Most of things good, but food turns black if left in it. Hope there is no artificial treatment with side effects. Otherwise good for cooking. Egg scramble sticks badly. Rest of the foods are good.

This kadhai is induction friendly, which I have discovered while using Takes time to get heated, but once it is heated, the gas has to be reduced to a low flame to avoid overheating and smoking of the oil. Cannot be used in the dishwasher, which is a disadvantage
