The product comes with the minute details of how to take care of it. So far we have not faced any problem with it, it cooks well, hold the heat well for very long time even after off the gas stove. We are satisfied with the quality so far. The pocket holder are useless though, as they are not heat resistant you will feel the heat instantly you lift the pan with them so use thick cloth for your safety.

Local cast iron product have turned out better than this , this is after using the Kadam for more than 3 months now . For the price it’s not worth , go hot locally sourced cast iron product instead

Cast Iron hard Anodised deep kadai is good overall They have done good pre seasoning It very sturdy to use It helps to cook meal healthy and with less time It helps to save the gas as by default iron as natural equal distribution of heat compared to other One has to be patient and do maintenance of iron utensils Seasoning with oil and rubbing it important If there are stains then one had to put salt and rub with lemon and then clean with water And then seasoning with oil In the above image you can see how it shines after doing the seasoning as mentioned One should not use detergent soap which we normally use for other utensils. One must have cast iron utensils in their kitchen.

Super cast iron kadai with heat resistant hand gloves attached to kadai. I think 3 months once shortening will maintain kadai well. One thing I would like to add is when we cook indian food we should buy some quality cookware like vinod cookware as they are in market for years now
