Bought it exactly one year back but used it only 3 times till date and all three times the idlis (big and mini both) stuck to the stand whereas the same batter cooks beautifully on my older vertical idli stand, and fyi I cook idlis once a week.

Disadvantages
It doesn’t have a proper steam outlet and because of loose lid, the pressure is not formed inside it. Also, steam escapes from handles which can burn hands when you want to open the lid. And because there is no proper steam escape, steam sticks to the lid and remains inside which in turn leads to idlis remaining wet and uncooked for a longer time. I tried it on both induction and stove but in vain.
