After uses for 4 to 5 times its bottom plate create gap from one side and when contacted to customer care they called it's not part of warrenty as initially they claimed product has 2 years of warrenty. Very low quality steel used for bottom plat it's very thin plate and detached in short duration. Advise to do not buy as steel quality is very cheap.

the quality is jusy excellent. but note that it is a big utensil... i made that mistake it was too big for my use where we are just 3 people.... but the kadai quality was just soooo good. felt so bad that i had to return it as it was incompatible for our small usages. 4 starts just due to that.

Quality is good, depth of dhokla pan should be more. Handle of idli, dhokla and patra should be more covinient.

Idli and dhokla utensils handles are not comfortable while heated.
Nice but lid leak kr rha hai
Disadvantages
Very illogical design of plates with three handles. Very difficult to put in kadahi and took out. Give steam burn to my fingers every time. Very disappointed to waste my money on. Didn't expect from a brand like Vinod.
